Looking back over the forty days of Lent, it has been truly a wilderness experience. Many of us , forced into retreat, have spent the time alone, and for some, it has been an intensely spiritual time as we reflect on our frailty and dependence on others and on God.
Now we come to Holy Week, a time when our faith becomes even more intense. This year, we face that intensity without the liturgies and the Sacraments to guide us. I shall be celebrating each day alone in church. It will be a strange experience. Do join in your own prayers and reflections each day at noon if you can.

Please be sure to keep a sharp eye on our calendar page for Holy Week. The planning is as follows:
- Fr Andrew will be saying mass in the closed church, every day. Details as in the calendar.
- Fr Brian will be saying mass from his home every day at 12:00, starting on Sunday. On Good Friday there will be Stations of the Cross at 15:00. Live feeds are available on Twitter (@PadreBrian1) and we’ll put recordings on the home page twitter feed.
